1) It's OK!: The first single from the album. The song is a ballad about getting over an ex who lied but knowing that you'll be okay. The song peaked at number 3 in the U.K. and showed "Natasha" singing the verses and "Liz" and "Jenny" taking turns singing the hook. The video showed the girls going to the beach, driving around, and finally on a different beach dancing with people. According to "Jenny", "Natasha" was 5 months pregnant when they shot the video. I would've never guessed that. 8/10
2) Love Won't Wait: A disco-esque track about not wanting to wait for a guy's love. The song is pretty boring and sounds a little repetitive. 4/10
3) The Tide Is High (Get the Feeling): The second single from the album. It is the only cover on the album, it was originally performed by "The Paragons" but was made famous by "Blondie". "Atomic Kitten"'s version of the song had an extra bridge, hence the "Get the Feeling" part in the title. The song was on the "Lizzie McGuire Movie" soundtrack which allowed the group to try and have success in the U.S. The song became the group's third, and to date last, number 1 in the U.K. The video showed the girls doing a simple dance, walking in a straight line, and also shows "Natasha" heavily pregnant but she looks beautiful as do "Liz" and "Jenny". The girls also recorded a spanish version of the song called "Ser tu Pasión". Some of the production from the song was used from "Billie Piper's" version of the song which was originally going to be the fourth single from her album, "Walk of Life", but she was tired of singing and the release was cancelled. 10/10
4) Feels So Good: The title track. It's an uplifting song about being happy. It's a fun song to dance to and was set to be the fifth single from the album but for unknown reasons was cancelled. Rumors were that the single version was going to feature "Kylie Minogue" who co-wrote the track, and recorded a version of the song for herself before giving the song to the group. A fanmade version of both them singing the song together is on youtube. I like the version on the album and wish it was released as a single. 10/10
5) Walking on the Water: The first few seconds make the song sound like a ballad before it picks up becoming and upbeat track. The song is about someone who is always there for you. It's a great song that should've had a video. 10/10
6) The Moment You Leave Me: "Liz" sings lead on this song, she also co-wrote this song. The song is about a girl who is always there for her boyfriend but he's never there for her. Despite this she can't find the strength to leave him. It's pretty good. 8/10
7) The Last Goodbye: The third single from the album. The version on the album has "Natasha" singing both the first and second verse, while the single version shows her sharing the first verse with "Liz" and the second verse with "Jenny". The song is a ballad about a couple that's broken up. The video showed the girls in different parts of the city, each alone where couples are. At the end of the video the girls meet up with each other while walking down the same street. The song peaked at number 2 in the U.K. and is another favorite. 10/10
8) Love Doesn't Have to Hurt: The fourth and final single from the album. The album version is very different from the single version, given that the single version featured stronger vocals and a production that was little better than the version on the album. That being said both version are great. The song is about finding someone who makes you feel happy about being in love with them after several bad relationships. The song peaked at number 4 in the U.K. which made "Feels So Good" their first, and so far only, album to have all their singles be top 5 hits. Kudos to them. Oh, did I mention the song was co-written by "Susanna Hoffs" from "The Bangles"? 10/10
9) Softer the Touch: An upbeat beat song that sounds like it's about being so into a guy that no matter what he does he makes you feel so good. It's a great song that probably could've been a hit on the dance charts if it was released in the U.S. 10/10
10) The Way That You Are: "Natasha" co-wrote this song and sings lead on it. She likely wrote it about her then boyfriend "Fran Cosgrave", the father of her first child. It wasn't confirmed but that's what I think anyway. The song is about being in a relationship with someone that makes you so happy that you believe they are your soulmate. It's a great love song. 10/10
11) Baby Don't U Hurt Me: Co-written by "Jenny", this song is about being with a guy who you believe is the one for you but you tell him not to break your heart because you've been through so many bad relationships in the past. It's the shortest song on the album being less than 3 minutes. Wish it was a little single. 9/10
12) So Hot: Another song that was co-written by "Jenny" that in the beginning sounds like a hit until the music changes and it sounds like a boring repetitive song. The song may be called "So Hot" but is it "So Not". Get it? I know, it was a terrible joke but I couldn't resist. 4/10
13) Maybe I'm Right: An R&Bish ballad co-written by "Liz" where all the girls sing lead on different parts of the song. The song is about being unsure about confessing your feelings to someone who you feel is the one. It's a pretty good song to relax to song. 8/10
14) No One Loves You (Like I Love You): A dramatic sounding pop ballad about loving someone that you've never told your feelings to in fear of rejection. It's a beautiful song that I don't listen to as much as I should. The song is sung solely by "Liz". 7/10
"Atomic Kitten" would release one more album, along with a greatest hits album before calling it quits (temporarily) in 2004. They would occasionally do one off appearances from 2005 to 2008 before reuniting for "The Big Reunion" in 2013 except "Jenny" was pregnant during this time the group went back to its original line-up of "Liz", "Natasha", and "Kerry" although they've said "Jenny" is welcomed to come back at anytime. The group would release another greatest hits album called, "Whole Again - The Best of Atomic Kitten" and are rumored to be working on their fourth album.
My favorite songs on the album are: "The Last Goodbye", "The Tide Is High (Get the Feeling)", "Love Doesn't Have to Hurt", "Feels So Good", "Walking on the Water", "Softer the Touch", "The Way That You Are", and "Baby Don't U Hurt Me". Out of 140 points I give the album 118 points which is 84%, a B.
